An 86-year-old woman who was kidnapped and raped at a care home has died.
The frail victim was dragged from her bed and raped in the garden of the Springfield residential care home in Bradford, West Yorkshire.
The pensioner was discovered at about 1am on September 15 after staff, who checked on her hourly because of her medical condition, found she was missing from her room.

Dale Gary Boocock, 19, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty in October to kidnap and rape and is due to be sentenced later this month at Bradford Crown Court.
But the woman, who has not been named, died on Thursday night.
Boocock was warned by Judge Roger Scott at last month's hearing - before the pensioner's death - that he would receive an 'extremely long sentence of imprisonment'.
Judge Scott told him: 'The circumstances of this rape are so horrific that a judge will be considering the possibility of life imprisonment.'
Boocock was on licence from a 12-month custodial sentence, imposed for breaking into a block of flats where he was living in Bradford, when he broke into the care home.
Following the attack, the pensioner had been detained in hospital for observation and treatment. At the time senior detectives described her condition 'as well as could be expected in the circumstances'.
A police spokesman said they will now wait for the postmortem results before deciding whether the victim's death will have any impact on the charges already admitted by Boocock, and whether his sentencing hearing will be affected.
Traumatised staff and residents at the care home, which is run by Anchor Homes, were offered counselling after the attack.
Bosses at the home have been working closely with police and health and safety officers to increase security at the premises and have contacted the families of all residents to provide reassurance.
At the time of the attack, Detective Chief Inspector Jon Hoyle, of West Yorkshire Police's Homicide and Major Enquiry Team, who led the investigation, described it as a vile offence and 'one of the worst cases you can imagine'.

Not heard of anything back from this as of yet, they "apparently" don't know what to do with him. I will report back as soon as I hear.
The poor young lady that found her that worked at the care home has had a breakdown after seeing what the poor lady went threw from what I have heard, as said this is only hearsay and not fact. The poor deer has died since (RIP) I only hope the courts dont start all that human rights crap for this lad and put it down to mental health issues.
He deserves nothing less than life imo and in my dreams 10 mins with me (I wish), hopefully other's inside will get payback on him and have done from what I have heardMay it last a lifetime.
