Man Charged With Murder Of His Children

Greater Manchester Police have charged a 37-year-old man with the murders of his two children who were found strangled in a flat at Whalley Range, Manchester.

Petros Williams, of Whalley Range, Manchester, is accused of killing Theo Molemohi, aged two, and his four-year-old sister Yolanda.

The children's bodies were found by their mother on Wednesday morning.

A Greater Manchester Police spokeswoman said: "A man has been charged with the murder of two children in Whalley Range.

"Petros Williams, 37, of Whalley Road, Whalley Range, has been charged with two counts of murder."

Williams, also known by the surname Mwashita, will appear at Manchester Magistrates' Court on Monday.

Morongoe Molemohi, 30, who was recently estranged from her husband, discovered
the unconscious youngsters. They were pronounced dead a short time later.

Williams was found collapsed at the scene and arrested.

Paying tribute to her children, Ms Molemohi said she had raised "a fairy princess" and a "well-behaved young man".

She said: "I take pride in knowing that they were polite, caring, happy babies.

"I will take strength from their high energy and beautiful smiles."

Once the moment of madness passed, he must surely realize that his conscience will haunt him for eternity?

I hate hearing of anyone been hurt, harmed or attacked in anyway but especially kids or the elderly, what ever chance some one else might stand and maybe fight back a bit, the young and elderly are much more defenceless and vunerable. Really makes me mad.

FFS, If people are having problems, no matter what they are, just leave the innocent children out of it & let them have a life
