Two gardaí are being investigated
separately on suspicion of co-operating
with criminal gangs.

Garda Commissioner Fachtna Murphy,
speaking at the Garda College in Templemore,
said any garda who steps outside
the values of honesty,
accountability, respect and
professionalism will be dealt with.

The Commissioner also said there
will always be issues in an organisation
the size of An Garda Síochána, which has

there has to be a lot more on take than 2

Totally agree had there must be, in
my local where a lot of cops drink plus the owner
is an ex cop himself,well you would get nights
when the off duty cops who i might add are plastered
get collected in a patrol car after hours by their colleagues
to bring them home,plus on occasions i have seen the
same cops(the ones that were plastered)
back driving a patrol car the following morning
now go figure that one out.

i know its crazy what they get away with

I did door work on a few pubs in dublin over the years.
In certain pubs they would come in after last orders, empty the place as the punters were trying to have a drink, and when everyone left, they`d turn off their radios, sit down in the bar & have a few pints.

The pints were free btw

iv seen that a few times noely
