Four injured in Red Cow crash

A man is in a serious condition in hospital following a crash between a garda patrol car and another vehicle in Dublin.
Three other people, including two gardaí, were injuried in the incident.
A garda patrol car and another vehicle were involved in a crash at the Red Cow Roundabout at around 3am this morning.
Four people, including two members of An Garda Siochána, were taken to Tallaght Hospital.
The gardaí, a man and a woman, were treated for minor injuries and were discharged from hospital this morning.
Two other men remain in hospital. One of them, the passenger of the other vehicle, is in a critical condition.
Gardaí say the patrol car involved was stationary at the time.
Gardaí were investigating another incident and the patrol car was parked when the crash happened.
The scene has been sealed-off and a technical examination is under way.
The right lane inbound on the Red Cow Roundabout was closed and traffic diversions were in place for a time but they have since been lifted.
The Garda Ombudsman's Office had an investigation team at the scene of the crash.
Gardaí at Clondalkin are investigating the incident and are appealing to anyone with information to contact them.
