o2 Setting for iPhone 3GS 32GB

im trying to get the wap and MMS settings on my iPhone, when i text to get the settings, says it cant do it and you must ring customer service, why is this? is it because the phone is jail broken?

if i take it to an o2 shop would i get in any trouble as its jail broken?

I think if you call customer support they can do it over the phone, then once you switch the phone off for 5 mins and back on the settings should be automatically put on the phone.

whats the number to ring? bet they charge you alot to ring, might just be better off popping down to the o2 shop.

if your on o2 then ring the short number something like 222 - check the o2 site for the free number from your handset

i texted the 1010 number, says "Thanks we'll setup picture messaging now and let you know when its ready. you will need the latest iphone software from iTunes, so make sure you have got it"
