Just received a message stating "Do not use cccam 2.3.0, please use cccam 2.1.3 or 2.1.4"

If I knew what this meant, I could follow the advice.

I have an Openbox 10 HD box.

Can anyone please let me know what the above message means and how do I set up or use cccam 2.1.3 or 2.1.4
