I have purchased titles from Gamestop and have been very pleased. They guarantee them and usually have a nice selection.

I'm also prone to shopping in places like Gamestop. Where i've generally found the best deals are hole in the wall cd/dvd/video game trading posts. We've got a couple in my area and it's usually the best deals around.
