Newbie :P - Require Updated Channel List - Vivabox 7000-HD

Hi all, new to the site and its great, plenty of info to get a newbie like me up and running.

I am hoping someone can help me obtain an updated channels list for the Vivabox 7000-HD box.

Tried looking on various sites but have had no luck.
