is this normal

i had a test off a seller 24 hours.
not very good . good test is try sub whilst watching football if constant freeze sack it...
i have found a seller..
my problem was my stb mag254 .
( stb blocked contact provider)
is that normal. i had to reset mag to default settings update and start afresh.

yes thats normal. just delete your providers url then save and put your new one in.
