Seagate nas drive slow

I've got a 2tb seagate nas drive, I use wireless to move stuff to and from it but it is really slow doing this, approx 2 to 3mb sometimes.
Other than going wired is there any way to speed this up? I'm wondering if I have it networked Correctly?
Thanks

No, there's no other way other than wired. Just for the sake of others, unless you're wanting one of these just for bog standard file access (i.e. not video and stuff) then it's fine, but if you're wanting to use it as a media server, unless you load the content through Kodi it's absolute garbage. I have the 5TB model and it's absolutely woeful with Plex.

Yeah networked is the way. If your really struggling you could plug an otg cable from the wireless device to the drive and transfer at a higher rate
