Im kind of sold on mag 256 but wondering if theres anything better? no android just ott?

Why?
Thinking of getting one of these too, lots of people saying they are good boxes, would be nice to understand what makes them better than say, perfect player on fire tv box? i have seen perfect player on a fire tv box work very well, although i have seen it buffer on the odd occasion, is this not down to the IPTV feed rather than the box? EPG works very well too.
So i guess, having not seen a Mag box, how is a MAG Box better? Is the video smoother etc?
Be nice to have the benefits listed over its rivals rather than people just saying they are great boxes.
Is the quality not down to the IPTV feed being used?

You can google or read up on posts on techkings etc or other similar sat sites
around the web and you will nearly always get the same good comments about Mag boxes
They have one purpose only to stream and play Iptv with an open platform that allows
Playback of live video streaming/video on demand/Audio streaming/radio etc
But this is where it differs from other devices it supports more multiple streaming
Codecs and transport layers with the added support of playback delay,subtitles
and multiple audio tracks and uses HEVC technology for provision of high-quality
Video with more velocity.
But as anybody will tell you any device you have will only give you it's full protential
With a good server and depending on your IPTV servers capability you might have catch up or not
on your Premium channels from owt 1/2 weeks and also been able to record.
I have Zgemma H2s + Mag 256wi same Server,the Mag as double the processing power to my
zgemma and theirs no comparison like for like, but to be fair my Zgemma does the job.
