I’m stumped! Can anyone help please.

Long story short supplier had issues reloaded through xtreme. All channels are there, they all work but no sound?

If I select a channel no sound! If I stay on the channel but open say epg and just flick over a couple of channels (not changing channel) then exit after a few seconds the sound comes on?

I’ve tried just leaving the channel thinking it might be lag but if I don’t flick through epg and go back sound won’t come on?

Any ideas anyone? Thanks.

I forgot to say it’s only iptv, all normal freeview channels are fine

With this problem, first port of call is your provider

He’s not sure why it’s happening either. He’s never had this problem before and it’s only with me. ?
