Everything has been working fine but turned box on the other day & channels are missing I also have another box & that’s working ok , I have had a look at other posts so I deleted auto bouquets & manual scan but still nothing any help would be much appreciated.

What channels?
What box?
Sat, Cable, or IPTV?
Other box is the same, set up the same way?
Have you set up your region correctly before manual scan?
Is the thread title an error message somewhere? has it anything to do with your problem?

you are missing a lot of information mate, tell us as mucha s you can and we can try help you out

Sorry I have a vu solo se on cable I’m missing all of the channels, my other box is a miracle micro box both are set up on openvix, when I turned the vu box on there was a message saying it had failed to tune & when I tried to access channels it said service not found in pat.

thinking it might have been a failed abm download for bouquets?
does your all list work as i scan the network as well as setting up abm?

Service not found in pat means you have the wrong netid, check netid and change it to the correct one and perform a scan

Have you got abm on auto scan, and your network has been down at the time of scanning, or something has came unstuck within your network set-up, re-check everything in your set-up.. [ cables...switches...connectors.. ] then retry a scan to see if it brings channels back in...

Hi mate I had this the other day. In autobouquetsmaker update the config files, delete bouquets then run a scan. Then put box into deep stby. Switch box off at back and then on again after a minute or so.
Hopefully all will be ok when it boots back up, fingers crossed.
