Try eopenbox, VX 2 2gb ram and 16gb of storage £32 runs iptv, stb emu and kodi all built in.

For the price really good box.

Pretty much any box with 16Gb storage and 2Gb of RAM will do. Read the reviews on Amazon to get a feel for how good they are. £40ish should be enough.
