Channels gone/blank on h5.2tc

Hey guys,

So set up my H5.2tc a couple of days ago running openatv 6.2 and running wooshbuild infinity. Have a reliable/reccommended line supplier and all was working well. Turned box on a few moments ago and all I'm getting is channels 1-5, everything else is blank/black screen.

I have an N line, saved as newcamd.list stored in usr/keys and using mgcam. Checked the line to be sure it's the same and in the same place. Tried restarting in Softcam but no luck.

Tried switching it from cam1 to cam2 and restarting but still blank.

I'm puzzled since all was working fine before I put the box on standby last night.

Messaged my supplier, is there anything I can try in the meantime? Since I'm new to this I imagine I've done something wrong or messed something up.

There seem to be some problems today regarding VM, some areas are hit and phone and internet services are down, i am the same as you, sat and cable have gone, so i am assuming my provider is one of the areas affected, at least i hope thats what it is.
 
OK, same here, my son is not far from me and his VM isnt working, tv phone or internet, we are in N-Ireland, but i know a few over in England are having problems today too.
 
try hold power button on remote until a menu appears and select deep standby, now reboot your router and once the router is back online turn the box back on.

Thanks, gave it a try... my vm router takes forever to restart but no luck. I'm almost sure it's a line issue since others with the same setup/provider are experiencing issues.
 
Reboots the first thing I always try, did it twice, pretty sure the provider is one of the people having VM problems today
