Wooshbuild Support Thread

Just flashed infinity on to my Zgemma H2S and after the second attempt it is working fine.
But my mate who has the same box as me wants his done too, he doesn't have a home pc or laptop so how can i access the webif terminal when needed?

I think you can use a tablet, phone as long as they are connected to the same internet. You would just need the ip address of the box never done it though

Failing that go to your mates get his box flash it with atv and run the infinity command at yours. Turn the box off and take it back to your mates. Plug it in and once booted you will be at the start of the infinity setup

Awesome, thanks for that.
In the past when I have flashed his box at my house it mucks his IPTV registration up as it reads my IP address on the box, so he has had to wait a day or so while the supplier rectifies it. which is why I was not keen to do it here.

Hello lads it's been a long time since I have needed to post I'm install woosh latest on a h2s and normally goes very well but I'm getting the errors in the pictures attached on my 3rd try.

Thanks in advance 20181023_214813.jpg 20181023_214808.jpg

Does anyone know how to solve a clock issue on a Zgemma H2S, Wooshbuild Infinity flash.....my clock stops when I’m recording a program, it returns to the correct time once the recording has finished but nonetheless it’s annoying.

Apologies if this has been covered already!

Hi all,

I currently have a H2S and running wooshbuild infinity on it, with both FTA and IPTV channels working fine.

I am using a 32gb USB for recording but am having a problem with the disk space. After flashing I have the full data from the stick available but after a few days this is reducing to the point where I am no longer able to record any FTA programs. I was thinking of buying a larger USB stick but may have the same issue. Could there be something in the background using the data on the stick? And what is the recommended size for a USB for the box to work well.

Any help on this would be appreciated, could be something simple in my settings that needs changed. Have followed thewooshbuild instructions to the letter.

This sounds exactly what mines does to a T !! I notice if I restart my box after deleting recordings, it brings the memory back up. It seems to not register the fact the deleted recordings are gone and also the space drops through the week. I’ll be interested to know if there’s a solution too. But restarting always works to clear it.

If on v7 I think the only way is to delete them tv/fav button > menu 8
If your on infinity menu > setup > service searching > autobouquetmaker > hide sections

@nufcash and @c11cha sounds like your Timeshift is enabled and is "eating up" your memory.
Make sure this is disabled and see how that works for you.

Here’s what I’ve got at the min, does timeshift not enable you to pause the TV though? Or am I totally Wrong?

There's where your mem is going, "Automatically start Timeshift after" = 2
Set it to "Disabled", you can still pause live TV, just not able to rewind it.

just a quick question. how to update from 6.1 to 6.2 in woshbuild 7
tried to update but then it stuck on boot . need to revive with old backup via usb..
