cut the cod into strips about 2 ins wide, pour some milk into a bowl, mix together the flour sesame seeds and a bit of ground black pepper & salt, dip the fish into the milk and then into the flour mix and the into hot oil already heating in the deep fryer, ideally when your oil needs changing, this recipe is to die for, enjoy
