I normally like to eat BBQ this time of year, but having to work throws a wrench in thos plans. My niece and her kids should be coming down for the weekend, and may see them. Gonna see what some of the guys in the unit make for Easter, and they may give me a few scraps of morsels to eat.

I usually do a nice honey maple ham for Easter. In fact, it's in the fridge just waiting for tomorrow.

I've a precooked ham in the fridge that I will be putting on the smoker in the wee hours of the morning for dinner tomorrow. Having a bunch of family over so I hope it turns out good.

It's over Eva. I threw in the towel a few weeks ago when my mom decided to break my spirit (opened the fridge one day to see 2 large meat lovers pizza, 8 large pieces of lasagna, and in the freezer was 1/2 gallon each of mint chocolate-chip and double dutch chocolate). I was down close to 20, and ended up weighing out down 3. One of my sgt.'s who was doing good and down 12 at the half-way point, ended up down 13. The final wigh-in and cash-in was yesterday.
