I know this is second time around dee, tried it last time m8 and it works a treat :cheesy grin:
Try using sr flour instead of plain.Let the batter stand for a few hours,in a cool place in the kitchen.
1/2 oz fresh yeast
300ml beeror use water (luke warm)
8oz flour shopping lis
1 tsp salt n pepper
mix together and leave for about 30 min
crispiest batter ever
