i know nothing about satellite BUT by the sounds of it that channel sounds like a "late night" channel so are you directing it the right time of night rather than say middle of the say when the channel may be off air.

jon, you will have to give more info, like has it ever worked and just stopped, is it a new installation, what box are you using? are just a few of the questions that need to be answered before you can get helped with your problem
