Hi all can anyone tell me if the starview 6 will stream picture from the internet connection or from cable connection or both, it's just i heard many people chat about picture quality ?

My shiny SV 6 box arrived and this morning so have been sifting through how to set it up.

I've got the instuctions from the beginning of this post but my question is do I HAVE to go through the net to get all channels or will it work without? I thought you only went through the net if you were card sharing?

I'm so no techie bodded minded so any info would be appreciated. (please be gentle with me)

if u dont conect to the net u will only get basic chanels ie bbc and itv
