starview no signal

hi all having a problem with my starview( the box ) getting no signal or scrambled channel from channels 1 to 10 have tried factory reset rescanned the channels etc any ideas would be appreciated cheers.

have you tried the default key moh

where do i find the default key anfield?


found it but the screen is saying data is being updated but its staying at 0% and i have it on sky sports 2

well 20 mins later and its still stuck on 0% any help out there

Menu > 1570
Set Default key > ok
Turn EMU on & exit to a scrambled channel with a strong signal.
It should kick in (try bbc1 or bbc2)

iv tried it noely still the same (it was working fine this morning) im going to leave it till later going to head off now as im going to the match.(UP THE REBELS)

Are you using a splitter moh?
If so remove the splitter & scan from the direct feed.
