hi what firmware are you using and do you have a server sub cccam or newcamd. as it could be that. are you using cable side or sat thankyou
Sorry gave the box up to my son so cant exactly say at present, but it is the one that cuts out the cable side i am sure of that as it was specifically mentioned,

Sorry i am using cccam on both !
hi ok cable side is free to view only only sat is available for pay chanels through sub thankyou shoyaib
i would recommend putting the i was getting bored one day firmware and put latest patch on please go to starview support forum and ask for download i was getting bored one day file make my box spiderbox. this will only work for sky and cable side will go off only sat side. once you have downloaded that load it with the instructions and then get all the support from spiderbox 9000hd forum all the firmwares will be there. better support than the starview hd combo also less gliching more stable. alternative option is a box upgrade blade media bm7000combo for sat and cable best support and uptodate firmware no probs with the blade. thankyou shoyaib
many thanks I now remember i did the spiderbox update but the issue remained so i assumed it was hardware related
yes unfortunately it is are you using cccam sub or newcamd
hi cccam is ok but will get gliches recommended is newcamd sub as it works a treat as more stable than cccam is not stable on starview hd combo due to hardware.
