movie channels freezing from time to time plus STILL NO ADULT/PLAYBOY CHANNELS

hi everyone, did anyone experience freezing on movie channels yesterday (sun 29th jan). before anyone reply , yes have checked leads/splitter (which are new, also signal is fine as virmin boosted this for me ). also pm starking/the kiddy, which have seem to disapeared regarding adult channels with NO REPLY. can anyone answer these questions please as dont want to renew my subs in 6 months time if we are losing/still having problems, hence why me & so many others ONLY PAID FOR 6MONTHS rather than 12.

The lack of any kind of help of the tech dept is disappointing to say the lest.

It's simple, starview don't provide those channels anymore.

ok, thxs hi teck but how many more are we likely to lose? kiddy etc dont answer questions anymore so why should we have faith in starview anymore after they have taken are sub fees. i know techkings are nothing to do with starview but thought this was a open forum for people to get help???

I think the original question was about not being able to receive the adult channels which seems to be sheared by other's (me for one) & because no one from the tech dept reployed a bit of frustration as crept in & to be honest your comment "and lack of wank material. " wont make things better.
All we wont is a simple answer it can be fixed our it can't be.
I for one am satisfied with my box just wish to use it to it's FULL potential. Thanks
