does anybody know how to get shut of the voice over you get on some of the movie channels its doing my head in

Press Audio on the remote & select the alternative.

If changing your audio stream dont work as noelyf stated above then factory reset your box ,and when you have scaned all your channels back and turned your emu on, go back to the channel that has the audio narrator on Press Audio on the remote & select the alternative for some reason alot of boxs are not saving the change thats why you have to reset the box

Had lot of these on my forum lately

all that comes up when i press audio is the audio box with two inner box s one with nar and one with eng ,dont see any alternative
