1080 problem

I'm having trouble getting my f5 box to work in 1080.
On all other settings its working fine but when changed to 1080 the screen loses it's widescreen and goes to 4:3.

Anyone know how to correct this?

is it an old program your are looking at and try others,is your tv 1080 and any settings altered like zoom?

and on hdmi cable?

All channels are the same. Yeah tv is 1080 and it's connected by hdmi. It was working fine up until yesterday but for some reason seems to have changed. The zoom button on the remote only brings up the satellite list.

As I sent the last message I managed to get it back to normal. There were 2 different settings for picture in the tv settings and I was using the wrong ones.
