    Is it possible to have a standard sky dish pick up 28.2 and 4.8e if so would you recommend to get it setup

    I would say it’s to far of a spread. Different if you where looking 13 you could get it

    Point the. Dish to the middle of the range and try. It. You will need a multi are bracket

    Or get a motor then you will get all from

    40w to 40e or something like that

    Yeah I told him motorised would be the best way to go so it's upto him now lol
    All he wanted was the horse racing as he said skysports racing is only free for a month.

    If all he wants is racing, then just put up another dish, there's a very good signal on this sat so a dish the same size would do. He also needs a receiver that's easy to input PowerVu keys, preferably an autoroll receiver like the Freesat super/golden or similar as the SIS Racing channels change their keys every day.
    "Racing RTVi " started here recently as well & also "Tellytrack" racing channel is FTA here at the moment.
    He might also need an outdoor 2 way DiSEqC switch.
