4k firestick problem

Hi, just wondering if anyone is having trouble with the aspect ratio settings on the 4k firestick. I`m running pielord app for iptv, when I watch on demand films i can`t get the correct aspect ratio. If I use older 1080p firestick all is fine. any ideas?

My 4k firestick works fine with vod could be providers app/upload of the movie try changing aspect ratio on the tv it's self

tried tv still the same. funny old one works fine.
