Had my box since thursday,tried to do a rescan (did not know channels were down)anyway,found my network id pressed ok then box reverts to cable scan.I have tried factory reset and once again it returns to cable scan network id,i cant even go to channels 1-5,can anyone help me,thanx. I cannot even exit the menu.
 
done rescan,only finds net id,press ok,brings me back to installation,net id,install,net id and so on,will not exit,cannot even get out to pick channels 1-5
 
factory reset again then power off at rear,remove lan and power on scan from direct feed,see if any more come up,it may be wait a bit longer for full comeback of service.
 
insert lan cable if removed and power off box modem and router for 30 secs then on,wait 1 min and see.
