hi, new to the site need help to setting up my Kryptview A780 Box?

As in ? Firmware, newcamd,null modem cable or download not requested. Do you have 2015 firmware on box or the June 2016.. ? You need a old pc with xp port and null modem cable. If not then consider the "Ted Luxston" send and return service. Pm me if interested.. will save you wasting days of frustration and smashing up things.. trust me. I know..! Ps your lucky wheelo aka one of the mods... not vespa mods but moderator has not seen your post being so vague.. we need more to go on if we are to help you..!! Haha
