can anybody help,bought myself a cheap alcatel touch screen mobile phone.i downloaded the alcatel pc suite and installed it on my pc but i cant seem to run it,i had the same trouble with the nokia pc suite,something on my pc seems to be stopping it from running.i've tried turning off my firewall but no joy,has anybody out there had the same problem if so maybe you can help me.thanks:bang head:
