I bought and tried the below box this week which I’m sending back to amazon as thought was garbage. Was trying to watch a tv show and had to pause and fiddle about as was out of sync. Then the box crashed on me... I’d had enough so back it goes.

I’ve no idea where I’ve went wrong so could someone recommend what spec I should look for and whether it should resolve the above.
