Annoying issue with stbemulator help

Hi, Ive been using an iptv service which was working great for first month but now stbemulator freezes the stream after a few minutes and only option is to reload the profile. tried older versions of the app, ipfloding and websafe is off (virgin media super hub 3). last night it wasnt doing it but today its been unusable. My iptv provider has confirmed knowone else he provides has any problems. Is it virgin media or what? Ive got high speed and my iptv provider sais he cant see a problem. So frustrating so thought Id ask for advice..

tried all, its just freezes ie looses connection

Try changing media player

Take a test from a different provider and add another profile to see if provider or app

What device are you using emulator on

does it on firestick 4k, android phone and tried in bluestacks.

If issues on all your saying, likely providers issue, myself all good with emulators& stbnet, req trial with diff portal

Just a thought are you powering your firestick off tv usb port if so try it plugged into a USB plug see if it makes a difference as may not be enough power from tv
