Anyway to watch a sat channel from the box and still watch it on a another device

I have successfully been able to watch a cable channel from my device when a sat channel is on the box or if a cable channel is on my box then i can watch a sat on device.

Is there any way to watch a sat channel from the box as well as my device because it wont let me..

Help would be appreciated.

no each device needs its own tuner.
