anyone know why blue login message (blocked ,box no -------)

ive got the same.do a rescan and blocked login msg appears

ive read on another website that ther is thousands down hopefully it will come back on soon.i know ther aving problems with subscriptions with hundreds waiting to be connected to the server and they wer trying to resolve this without turning the system off.so hopefully that is the problem that they need to turn it off to solve it.what i do know is you dont need to do anythink to box as if its going to come on it will come back on by itself doing a factory reset and scan wont help at the moment
