Hi, can anyone help - new to this - lost bt sports & setanta and probably a few more channels on the F3 box.

You will need to update your channel list lot of channels are shuffling about.

No, you do not necessarily need to update your channel list. Go to King of Sat and type channel name in search box on top right.
You will get a list of frequencies (new ones for BT & Setanta), take the details down, do a PID search, with Sat, Frequency, H/V only, rest on auto and it will find the new channels for you.
Save to your favorites if you like. Hope that helps.
