Cable glitching VM Miracle box

Hi all.
im running a miracle HD box on VM Midlands area with a server that was recommended by many from here. I'm having a few problems when watching the like of sly sports etc, it will glitch out a bit. So here's some quick questions,
is there any way of improving quality of service?
i have the Internet cable running into a router then a router into the super hub? Can I connect directly to my super hub (kryptview box was unable to do this).
Is the glitching due to poor internet, signal strength or server quality?

not sure if this helps, I'm also using a cable connection, my only channel that pixelates is ssp1 hd, not sure why as every other is tip top. SSP1 hd pixelates all the time not just at prime time 4pm kickoffs, so I'm ruling out overloaded server. Thinking its a signal/tuner issue.
 
Cheers. weren't sure if I connected straight to my super hub it would improve it as I do lose some Mbps through my independent router. Had to have this for my last setup but weren't sure if my new setup would work.
My SSP1 HD pixelates and pauses like connection is lost at times. Annoying when u try watching a game [emoji23]

Try a test from someone else, I run a cable box in spare room through 3 splitters and touch wood never had a glitch in 2 yrs
