Cacheflush Ipk Download - please help! :)

Hi folks - is there any chance anyone could upload an IPK for Cacheflush - i have been googling for over an hour and cannot locate a working download link, for installation via USB

I cannot currently connect my STB to the internet, so i cant download it directly to the box - i also dont have the ability to FTP currently - I have been installing Plugins by USB and have had no issues with this

Equipment: Amiko Alien 2+ Running Vix4E2Project 4.2

Why cant box not connect to internet,cable dodgy? is there a network test to check also rebooting box and router can reconnect up?
