Can't find any UK Channels on USB DVB-C Reciever

Got a cheap DVB-C USB reciever and using ProgDVB to scan for channels. So far, nothing I have tried has worked. I have tried putting in the frequency that i found online, but still nothing. Anyone got any advice. In Belfast if anyone knows the frequency?

I was using the details I found here:

It didn't work, also tried the frequency I found on the engineers menu of my tivo box - still nothing. Could it be a problem with the receiver?

Net Id 00021
Symbol Rate 6887

You don't normally enter the frequency (755.000)

There is no option for NetID in ProgDVB, or DVBViewer. Have tried every combination i can think of, as well as blind scan - still nothing.

I'm running Windows 10. Any ideas? ProgDVB shows good Level & Quality, but it won't find any channels

with other usb tuners you had to install program first and update,then go through the setup for scan as you are using a live cable feed it should state your are running a cable scan and not terrestrial via aerial.

Yeah, I have set it to DVB-C on both ProgDVB and DVBViewer. Still not getting any luck. Will probably just buy a cheap receiver.
