cant use 2nd box

I recently bought a zgemma h2s and am very happy with it. I was going to use my openbox upstairs but cant due to the fact the signal strength from the lnb is virtually 0%
Any ideas on why i am having this problem would be welcome and appreciate the help

Have you tried the zgemma on the upstairs connection?

I would have thought it may be a cable issue.

Check your connections 0% sounds like a crap connection, you could also try swapping the boxes around to rule out a faulty cable etc

if i unplug the box downstairs then the one upstairs works fine

Have you got seperate sat cables going to each box from the sat dish?
Does your line provider allow mulit room?
Have you got both boxes connected by Ethernet cable?

Are you splitting the sat cable anywhere? You cannot share a sat cable, you must run a separate cable for each box. Or pair of cables if needed.
