CCcam on openbox v9s

Newbie
I have CCCam server in my openbox v9s,all channels are showing as scrambled. I contacted my provider he said server is online for me to check network connection to my box,
the box is connected to my router but not working at all.
Some people have said the reason my channels are not working is because my network provider (Virgin Media) has blocked the channels - is this possible?
How can my box connect again and i can have my channels back

Press menu scroll to network media press 6666 on your remote >Cam set up cccam plug check to see if your cam is online then check network settings dhcp is on and applied Try reboot ingredients box and router to see what happens

check your cam is turned on
then reboot box,
when rebooted turn box off,
turn router off,
wait a minute or so
turn router back on
once router has been turned back on and totally rebooted and online ,
then turn box back on
