champ manager 2012 help

:beg::beg::beg:hi just wondering if someone can help i have just re-installed championship manager 2012 and it wont let me use my activation code as i`ve already used it what can i do now :beg::beg::beg:

If this is a legit copy bought from a shop, then they would be my first port of call, second send off an email to the games manufacturer
