Chipped internet box

Hi..
Had a virgin internet hub chipped off a mate a few months ago, now it's gone off no internet or wifi!
Can't connect mobile phone or 2 open boxes to it via wifi or Ethernet!

Anyone know how to get this problem fixed ??

Get your m8 to sort it or get googling, the MAC address has probably been blocked

My mate isn't in the area no more, how would I get it working if the MAC address has been blocked??
