connected but only FTA

Hi everyone I've got an N line 24 tester I go into settings its telling me its connected but all I get is FTA channels and the others saying scrambled is there something I'm missing as you can see I really need help, so can you please help a novice get his door stop working again.

Have you scanned on correct net id for channels ?

An mg_cfg file? There should be one in same folder as your newcamd.list if using the mgcamd softcam?
