hi iam in the midlands, just set up my box with new software done everything down to 1819 enable but it is saying not ccnnected.
is there anyone else in midlands down?

If the new software is SMGO 2.2.1 and you are still unable to connect after trying almost everything (pulling out the cables, resetting your equiptment, powering it off for a few minutes e.t.c). Then you will probably have to pay for support, check out the first post of this thread:
