Here the software for to make a diagnose to Citroen, Peugeot, and some model of Mitsubishi, like Outlander, Eclipse.....
I have used this on my Outlander year 2009, 2400 CC. mivec, usa market, and this work wery fine, i have a chinese clone like this in the photo, and work fine

Download the file TLCD.zip attached .
TLCD.exe extract to C : \ AWRoot \ dtrd \ Comm \ XMLTLCD .
Once extracted run the exe file and should delete some files .
At this point you will be able to bypass the service code Tech writing .
Again please " X " when the popup " Do you want to automatically configure .. " every time .
Always run the program disconnected from the internet as try to update and configure your car automatically .
