Disconnects from internet

Hi all, my H2H keeps disconnecting from the internet while I'm watching tv, and wont reconnect. My internet connection is fine, as is my line. I've swapped the box with one from my bedroom and it works fine. So I'm assuming it's something to do with the box itself, any help would be appreciated, thanks

Hard wired, the connection is fine, i swapped boxes to test.

might box be running a CWS line with a faulty mg_cfg file as it could ddos oneself?
no clash of ip addresses?
