dm500 fickering green screen

hi all,

my mate dozed off whilst watching sly sports news last night. he woke up and found the screen frozen from last night. he turned it off then turned it back on. now he gets the startup green screen and it turns on and off but nothing else.

anyone have any idea about whats going on here? i aint got the foggiest but i am sure we have someone who knows about these boxes

Sounds like he rebooted the box,has he turned on the cccam and tryed a channel ? is he getting the free view channels ?

from what i have been told he cant get past this green screen

is there anything he can do?

if he has done what you say he has, how do you fix that?

if your getting green screen all the time it will need re flashing

Yep i agree with Bobby123 sounds like he stuck in a loop with boot up screen as bobby said a reflash
