Error Number 32004

Hi Guys,
I want to update my Wii to 4.3 so I can check into Netflix for someone and you have to have the latest version of the shopping channel.
Now, I have Priiloader on my Wii, but I have disabled the disc and internet update section.
when I try to update it I am getting the error code 32004, the Nintendo explanation is below

Error Code(s) 32004

The Wii console was unable to receive an update from Nintendo, due to a technical issue with our servers. Please try again later.

the question is, is it actually a server issue, or is either Priiloader or the latest Homebrew Channel preventing me from updating?? If so, can someone point me to a WAD version of 4.3.

I know I can just update the shopping channel, but if anyone has an answer to the first part of the question.

Wheelo uninstall priiloader,update your homebrew to the new 1.10,update your wii,re do the hack,reinstall priiloader and your good to go,if you want wads modmii is the safest method

Just a reminder as with all wii's that are modded about memory space and updating,you will sometimes get a channel which will eat up your blocks,so check after updating and remove if necessary,its also no harm to move the saves to a sd card of the games not frequently used
