f5 box scrambled

hi im new to this but had my f5 box bowt 4months and now all channels are scrambled and can only get freeview any help there. my internet connection is fine.

almost all peoples who get from ebay or amazon complain that it stop working after short time
better you take one month or three month subcription from any good provider. i take from my provider for three month

Hi all I have F5 and some channels like Sky 2 plus Sky movies (Disney + showcase ) are now scrambled is this a problem with my server or just I need to update the channel listing? can any one recommend a update Sky listing or All sat Listing ?
